Welcome to Gharsoap (operated by Yedi Dünya Ltd. Sti.). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and your business relationship with us. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Business Relationship

Gharsoap operates exclusively as a B2B (Business-to-Business) wholesale supplier. Our products and services are intended for:

• Soap manufacturers and cosmetic formulators
• Private label brands and distributors
• Retailers and e-commerce businesses
• Professional buyers with valid business credentials

We do not sell to individual consumers for personal use.

2. Product Information

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, and images. However:

• Natural products may vary slightly in color, scent, or texture between batches
• Product images are for reference only
• All specifications are subject to change without notice
• Certificate of Analysis (COA) and technical data sheets are provided with each batch

3. Pricing and Payment

Pricing

• All prices are quoted in USD (United States Dollars) unless otherwise specified
• Prices do not include shipping, customs duties, taxes, or import fees
• Prices are subject to change without notice due to market conditions
• Final pricing is confirmed in the proforma invoice

Payment Terms

• Payment must be made in full before shipment unless alternative terms are agreed in writing
• We accept bank wire transfers (preferred), credit cards, and other payment methods by arrangement
• Payment terms for established customers may be negotiated separately
• Late payments may incur additional charges

4. Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ)

• Laurel Berry Oil: 1 drum (180 kg) minimum
• Aleppo Soap: 1 pallet minimum (approximately 500-800 bars depending on size)
• Sample quantities may be available for qualified businesses upon request
• Custom MOQ arrangements may be negotiated for regular customers

5. Orders and Fulfillment

Order Process

1. Customer submits inquiry or places order
2. We provide proforma invoice with pricing and terms
3. Customer approves and makes payment
4. Production/preparation begins after payment confirmation
5. Shipment arranged with tracking information provided

Lead Times

• Laurel berry oil: Typically 7-14 days from payment confirmation
• Aleppo soap (in stock): 7-14 days from payment confirmation
• Custom orders or private label: 4-8 weeks depending on specifications
• Lead times may vary based on production schedules and order volume

Order Modifications

• Changes must be requested in writing before production begins
• Once production starts, modifications may not be possible
• Cancellations after payment may incur fees

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Terms

• We offer both FOB (Free on Board) and CIF (Cost, Insurance, Freight) terms
• Customer is responsible for customs clearance in destination country
• We provide all necessary export documentation
• Shipping costs are additional unless otherwise agreed

Documentation Provided

• Commercial Invoice
• Packing List
• Bill of Lading or Air Waybill
• Certificate of Origin
• Certificate of Analysis (COA)
• Safety Data Sheets (SDS/MSDS)
• Halal/Organic certificates (if applicable and requested)

7. Quality Assurance

• All products are manufactured according to traditional methods and good manufacturing practices
• COA is provided with each batch showing key specifications
• We maintain traceability records for all products
• Products are tested for purity and quality before shipment

8. Returns and Refunds

Damaged or Defective Products

• Inspect shipments immediately upon arrival
• Report any damage or defects within 7 days of receipt
• Provide photos and detailed description of the issue
• We will work to resolve the issue through replacement or credit

Non-Conforming Products

• Products that do not meet agreed specifications (per COA) may be returned
• Must be reported within 14 days of receipt
• Return authorization must be obtained before shipping back
• Return shipping costs may apply

Buyer's Remorse

• Standard orders cannot be returned due to change of mind
• Custom or private label products are non-returnable
• We recommend ordering samples before committing to bulk orders

9. Warranties and Disclaimers

Product Warranties

• Products are suitable for their intended use in soap making and cosmetic formulations
• Products meet specifications stated in the COA
• Products are manufactured using traditional methods and quality ingredients

Disclaimers

• We make no claims about therapeutic or medicinal properties
• Buyer is responsible for regulatory compliance in their market
• Buyer is responsible for proper formulation, labeling, and safety testing of finished products
• Natural variations in color, scent, or texture are normal and not defects

10. Limitation of Liability

• Our liability is limited to the value of the products purchased
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
• We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure, customs, shipping carriers, or other factors beyond our control
• We are not responsible for how buyers use or formulate with our products

11. Intellectual Property

• All content on this website is owned by Gharsoap or licensed to us
• Product names, images, and descriptions may not be used without permission
• Private label customers retain rights to their own branding
• We retain rights to our manufacturing processes and formulations

12. Confidentiality

• We respect the confidentiality of our business relationships
• Customer information and order details are kept confidential
• Custom formulations and private label specifications are not shared
• Non-disclosure agreements are available for sensitive projects

13. Compliance and Regulations

• We comply with Turkish laws and regulations for manufacturing and export
• Buyer is responsible for compliance with import regulations in their country
• Buyer is responsible for obtaining necessary permits or licenses
• Buyer must comply with all applicable safety and labeling requirements

14. Dispute Resolution

• We prefer to resolve disputes amicably through direct communication
• If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be governed by Turkish law
• Jurisdiction for legal proceedings is Hatay, Turkey
• Arbitration may be pursued by mutual agreement

15. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, etc.)
• War, civil unrest, terrorism
• Government actions or regulations
• Labor strikes or disruptions
• Transportation or shipping disruptions
• Raw material shortages

16. Website Use

• This website is for informational purposes only
• Use of this website constitutes acceptance of these terms
• We may modify content or features without notice
• We are not responsible for technical issues or downtime
